Is this subwoofer and amplifier combination compatible with eachother?
the amp is a Kicker Subwoofers sx400.2 and 2 are mock CVR vr kicker 12 12 "s. ... I plan to bridge the amp 400w rms 4ohms and
I do not see how u have enough power to make them hard affected. U'd need 2 of these amps. Seriously, I see u already compensate for lack of power with increased gain and clipping and causing damage to the coils of votes. Give them at least 300W each at least and if you want to drive a batch furnaces 400W. Get only 1 15 if you want deep bass thunder. Or 1 12 ports. Or go with a different model.
