What Can Happen If I Tighten My valve covers are to tight?
i have a 1977 Mustang With A 302 and I Took off the covers to clean them up. aim i do not have a torque wrench, Anything Could Happen To The Gold The Valve engine if i Make the bolts to tight? i did drive it and it sounded like it ran a little different after i put 'em back one so i got a little worried.
Has Worse Would Have you had your oil leak WHERE covers sit on your head and bend your You Could covers. i Would Have Them retorqued year just keep an Eye on it for leaks.
