In NASCAR why do they drill holes in new tires?
In the NASCAR truck series Saturday nite, Bodine had sticker tires left over that he never had the opportunity to put on his truck... It was commented on TV ( I thought) that the tires would be turned back in as soon as the crew drilled holes in the side... Why do they that?????
NASCAR gets the tires back to keep teams from using them to test.
