Kit Make
does an induction kit make te car cost more fuel?
will my mpg get lower if i put in an induction kit and will i also ave to put in an intercooler?
I think our colonial cousins are getting a bit confused about induction kits. Yes you may need an intercooler but only if the engine is turbo / supercharged. No, if you fit one of the aftermarket ones for a 'normally' aspirated engine. You may get an increase in fuel consumption with the 'free flow' induction kit if you regularly 'give it some welly' ( like thats not going to happen)! But at normal speeds you may find a bit extra fuel economy due to the better breathing. But what you may find is that the engine will run like a pig without further modding - re-mapping
