I would first find a good location, make sure that the atmosphere is suitably for everyone, dining should be for at least 100 people capacity. The food I serve will be something to please every ones palettes, your food has to be flavorful. Like McDonald's and other fast food chains giants, they made sure that what they were serving was going to please mostly everyone that came in. But as you have noticed, the fast food restaurants that are doing well are either burger or pizza restaurants and some chicken places.
