how to build a sub box in my 89 crx si?
i have a MB quart RWE 204 8 in. woofer that needs to have a volume of .5 cubic feet. would i benefit with a vented box are just go with a sealed box and how do i make one and find the dimensions 5 * to best answer
Go to lowes and buy some MDF board. Figure out how wide your mounting hole needs to be for the sub and make the top plate a little larger. Then just build a rectangular box out of the wood and some drywall screws. Remember that your .5 cubic feet is in the inside of the box, so take material thickness into account. (volume is length x width x height) Put some terminal connectors on the box to connect your wires, caulk the inside seams, and cover it in carpet if you want
