Sub Cvt
10' or 12' sub for my truck?
standard cab, looking for something to sound clear yet still hit hard, i saw a sony 10 330watt rms and a Kicker Cvt 12 400 rms, many people tell me that 10' would be better in small cabin but others say go with the 12, any suggestions?? (already have a aftermarket head unit and upgraded door speakers) also how many Watt Amp should i go with to power the sub up
im leaning towards this sub http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=400145087107&fromMakeTrack=true&ssPageName=VIP:watchlink:top:en
looks like it would fit well in truck just need amp to match the 400watt Rms Sub,
well consider that 10's are more of a solid punch and 12's are more of a rumble. I'd suggest 12's because you get less of a tinny sound but because of your cab size 10s wouldn't tin as much. Plus you gotta think about your music preference, some songs might be just beyond the range of your 10s and could possibly damage them trying to redirect(crossover) and push(amp) the sound.
