Would knowing Boxing and American Jiu-Jitsu give me the edge in a school/street fight?
I mean if I combine techniques because I know ground fighting doesn't happen often on the street
Knowing ANYTHING will give you an edge ANYWHERE!
You'll do better with boxing because if you manage to take your "friends" down you might seriously hurt them with a submission.
Your boxing will at most only bruise their faces.
