Impreza Sub
What speakers should i get ?
I basically want to get a new pair of speakers for the front doors of my Impreza sedan. I'm not sure what rating the ones in there atm have but they are stock. The specs of the head unit say that it will do 50w peak and 22w rms per speaker. I'm after suggestions to what the best quality, and not too stupidly priced 5.25" or there abouts sized speakers are around.
I dont really want to upgrade my head unit, as has been suggested. And am really after a quick, pull the old ones out, put the new ones in solution. I listen to mainly rap, hip hop in the car if that helps. I have the same speakers in the rear doors aswell, but i'm not too concerned with them at the momnent, n have a 12" Sub Amp comb. in the back which I an happy with.

You could go with speakers like Alpine S-Type, Rockford Fosgate Punch speakers, Polk Audio dbs, or Infinity Reference speakers. These are some cheaper alternatives for applications that do not have an external amplifier. You don't need any complicated stuff like component speakers because that would require wiring work. The speakers listed above are perfect for your pull out, drop in fix.
