What wiring kit do I do that 700 rms subwoofer wired to 3 ohms and amp rating 2000rms 3 ohms?

Also, I may need a capacitor and I need to know how many of ferrate would b enough. I could sell the sub and the box and get to 12 inches instead Fosgate.

For wiring, I only use tsunamis.
