I'll give you the question # 1 A shot. First you must find the equivalent resistance in the circuit. For resistors in parallel, you find the inverse of the sum of the reciprocals. R (equivalent) = 1 / (1 / 30 1 / 30) = 15ohms. Then you add resistors in series. R (equivalent) = 15 9 = 24 ohms. The current is the same throughout the circuit to find the voltage applied to the circuit you are using V = I * R. So ... 25A * 24 ohms = 6 V.
